The law firm of Blaha, Hartford & Perry started in 1973 with an office at 2807 Castro Valley Boulevard, Castro Valley, California. Vera Hartford joined as a partner in 1983 and David Perry, partner, joined in 1987.
Maintaining its original office in Castro Valley, the firm moved its primary facilities to a new location at 4900 Hopyard Road, Suite 240, Pleasanton, California in 1989. The two offices reflect the firm's desire to maintain its proud tradition, balanced by its desire to have updated facilities and convenient locations to best serve its clients.
