Biography
Erene K. Anastopoulos joined Blaha, Hartford, Perry & Anastopoulos in 2007 and specializes in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, probate, and elder law planning. Ms. Anastopoulos also has experience litigating will and trust contests, capacity issues, and financial abuse of elders. Her practice includes the preparation of living trusts, special needs trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney for finances, durable powers of attorney for health care, and related estate planning documents. She also prepares prenuptial (premarital) agreements and postnuptial agreements for her estate planning clients who wish to have such agreements.
